Delivery & Returns Laty Yoga products. Your orders will be shipped as quickly as possible by LATY.

The delivery fees will be confirmed to the customer before payment. LATY is not liable for any delivery delay.

LATY delivers orders in France and to more than 50 countries worldwide. The delivery in metropolitan France (including Corsica) is handled by the quick and reliable Colissimo service of La Poste. The order will be delivered directly to your home or workplace, and for convenience, deposit at your nearest post office if you are away. The shipment in France is free (including Corsica) for more than 100€ of buys.

Worldwide delivery is handled by either DHL or Colissimo. Delivery will depend according to the countries. The shipment by DHL is charged and the cost varies depending on the types of article and the country of destination. LATY is not responsible of any import taxes and duties for orders delivering to countries outside European Union. The customer is in charge of settling any fees related to import taxes and duties.

In both cases, you will be provided with a tracking number to monitor the status of the delivery online. In order to receive your order as soon as possible, we recommend that you present an address where you will be present during working hours (e.g. your office), or you can provide address of someone who can receive the parcel for you (e.g. your concierge).

Return and Exchanges

In exceptionnal circumstances, if the item ordered is not available, the customer can proceed for an exchange or be fully reimbursed of the total sum paid in no later than 30 days.

Return shipping will be decided by the customer, handling the expenses and practical details. Under no circumstances shall LATY be held responsible for organizing the returned order shipment as mentioned in the 120-21 Customer Code article.
Products have to be kept in a good condition and be put back in their original packaging, over which must be added another packaging fully wrapping the product; they must not bear any trace of using and have all of their accessories.
It is only after checking that those conditions are satisfied that LATY will refund the amount matching the returned items, except for the initial shipping fees. Otherwise, no refund can be asked, the customer will stay the owner of the product that he can get in a delay of 30 days.
